Product Description

Parker CP, RH series hydraulic control check valve

The CP series pilot operated check valve allows the oil to flow freely from one direction and reverse. By turning on the control pressure, the cone valve can be lifted from the valve seat against the pressure of the B port, so that the oil can flow in the opposite direction. In order to meet different working conditions, the 1st and 2nd stage valve cones with control ratios of 1:5 and 1:40 are ready for your use.

Valve RHC 3/2 without preloading:
The valve is a ball valve structure. When the liquid is controlled, the entire flow area of A→B is quickly opened. The commutation speed of the control piston is buffered in order to avoid as much as possible the impact after sudden opening and overloading. The oil line should be installed with an additional orifice or by means of pre-loading.
Valve with preload relief RHC 33V :
The valve is constructed as a spherical, grounded valve plug with a loaded ball check valve that is opened during liquid control and that allows the throttle cross section to open smoothly before the main spool is opened. Mainly used in high working pressure and high consumption flow. The additional orifice of the control tube can increase the buffering effect of the preload.
Valve with pre-unloading and leaking ports RHCE 33V :
Features the same as the RHC 33V, however with a leaking port.
