12V DC Single Acting Hydraulic Power Pack With 8L Tank

12V DC single acting hydraulic tipper powerpack, 4.5, 8, 11 or 13 litre reservoir c/w with 2 button pendent. 5l/min @160bar. Hydraulic Power Unit Package to operate a single acting cylinder on any trailer or tipper application complete with detachable two button pendent.


*12v dc powerunit. *2.1cc/rev gear pump. *1.6kw 12vdc electric motor c/w relay and plastic motor cover. *4.5, 8, 11 or 13 Litre reservoir c/w drain plug. *Powerpack complete with suction strainer, return oil conveyor and filler breather. *Horizontal mounting *Max pressure 200 bar. *Relief valve set at 160 bar but adjustable from 40-200 bar as standard. *Max flow 5 l/min. *Adjustable flow control for cylinder decent control. *12v dc let down valve, relief and P line check. *Port size 3/8" BSP. *2 Button detachable pendent on a 4 metre lead. 1.General Description

High pressure gear pump, a DC motor, a multi-functional manifold, valves and tank, this power unit has a power up - gravity down circuit. Start the motor to lift the machine and the lowering movement is activated by the solenoid valve with the lowering speed controlled by the pressure compensated flow control vale.

4. How to operate a Dump Trailer Hydraulic Power Pack?

Lift Trailer Body, Push "up" button to start the motor to lift the Trailer by hydraulic cylinder, Push "DW" button and the solenoid valve actives ,the cylinder lowering movement. Hydraulic oil back to tank and cylinder start closing. And dump trailer body start back to level position. Click technical data of single acting power unit troubleshooting you can learn.
