Atos DHZO, DPZO proportional directional control valve:



The ATOS proportional directional control valve DPZO-A* is a two-stage, non-position sensor type proportional valve that provides directional control and no pressure compensation flow control depending on the size of the input electrical signal.
The proportional valve works in conjunction with the amplifier, and the electronic amplifier provides a suitable amount of current to the proportional valve so that the adjustment of the valve is consistent with the input signal supplied to the electronic amplifier.
These proportional valves are available in different forms:
*-A: Without position sensor
*-AE, -AES: Same-A, but with analog (AE) or digital (AES) integrated electronic amplifier.
*-AEG: Same as AES, but with integrated reference signal generator, selected by 4 switch input (0~24VDC) signals on the main plug.
*-AEZ: Same as AES, but with integrated controller and loop signal generator for automatic control of actuator motion cycle.
The four-way spool in the proportional valve slides in the five-chamber valve body, and the pilot oil is routed to the DHRZO type proportional reduction valve for open-loop control.
The integrated amplifier is factory pre-adjusted to ensure excellent performance and valve-to-valve interchangeability and simplifies wiring and installation.

Standard electrical main plugs are commonly used for AE valves and AES valves.
The standard 7-pin plug is used to connect the power supply, analog input signals and monitor signals.
The 12-pin plug is used for -AEG, -AEZ type valves and AES type valves with /Z option.

The following communication interfaces are available for the -AES, -AEG and AEZ digital proportional valves:
*-PS serial communication interface for parameter setting, signal monitoring, and firmware update by PC software. All types have this
interface
*-Optional BC: CANopen interface (only for -AES)
*-Optional BP: PROFIBUS-DP interface (only for -AES)

Valves with a -BC or -BP interface can be embedded in the bus communication network so that the valve can be digitally controlled by the machine control unit.

The coil is all-plastic package (H-class insulation), and the whole valve has the characteristics of shock resistance, impact resistance and environmental resistance.
The installation interface is: ISO 4401 standard, 10, 16 and 25 path.
The maximum flow rate is up to 160L/min, 340L/min and 680L/min when the pressure drop is ΔP=30bar.
