High pressure Hydraulic Lock Valve

 

High pressure Hydraulic Lock Valve VBPDE non-return valve is tubular hydraulic control non-return valve, which is used for sealing one or two actuator ports without any leakage. The oil can freely flow from A1 to A2, or from B1 to B2 when the backward flow way is sealed.

When the oil is flowing from A1 to A2, piston (1) is pressed to move rightward. Spool (2) pushes its valve seat up for realizing the contraflow and making the oil pressure flowing from B2 to B1.

To ensure the valve is closed correctly, the actuator port of direction valve must be unloaded through the fuel tank when in neutral position.
